We value you as a customer and greatly appreciate your business. If you're Shopping with us online or visiting us in-store your experience being an enjoyable one is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days, in its original unworn condition. There is no refunds on in-store purchases,

In-Store Credits and Exchanges
We will accept returns of both online and in-store purchases of items deemed defective in-store. Stop by the shop with your item(s) and a copy of your original receipt within 30 days of purchases and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or replacement of the item.
Shipping Fees
All product(s) $500 or more purchased by Canadian residents will be shipped free of charge. All purchases below $200 will cost a flat rate of $49.99 CAD for shipping within Canada.
Shipping to the U.S. and other international destinations is subject to a flat rate of $74.99 CAD We use Fedex for all shipments - Tracking number will be provided and signature is required.

Online Returns and Exchanges
1: Send an Email letting us know, you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Please include your name, phone number,
Invoice Number, SKU number, and the reason you are returning the item.
2: We will send you a confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number, and details of how to ship your return back to us.
3: Package your return, with a copy of the invoice. On the back of the invoice please write the Return Authorization Number
provided in the email so we can process your return accordingly.
4: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products *See Return Conditions Refunds will be issued on the same
credit card or payment process as the original transaction.
